1. Grant of license
By submitting code, documentation, or other materials to the Ariadne project, you grant the following rights:
- CJ Fravel (the project owner) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contributions under any license of our choosing, including proprietary licenses.
- The Ariadne project is initially licensed under the MIT License with a SaaS provision, but it may be relicensed in the future, and your contribution is licensed accordingly.

By submitting a contribution, you confirm the following:
- You have the right to submit the contribution, and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- You guarantee that the code you are submitting is your original work or has been appropriately licensed to you by others.
3. Patent grant
If your contribution includes any patentable material, you grant CJ Fravel a patent license to use your contribution without fear of infringing on your patents.
4. Acceptance process
By submitting a pull request or other contribution to the Ariadne project, you agree to the terms of this CLA.
- You may be asked to sign this CLA electronically.
- Your contribution will not be merged until this CLA is accepted.

If your contribution is used in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, the following provision applies:
- The user of the software must provide access to the modified source code under the same MIT license terms with SaaS provision, as outlined in the project's license.
